It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making sure patients have a great experience. What I appreciated most was how smooth and enjoyable everything felt—nothing seemed rushed or overlooked Carissa helped me understand my benefits and Dr.Castro walked me through my entire treatment plan. Staff was great

My husband and I had such a great experience at West Sunrise Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcome and comfortable. A big thank you to Nasha and Rachel for being so kind and helpful, and to Darlene for making everything run smoothly. Our hygienists, Dawanna and Luis, were both amazing, very thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Castro was fantastic, very professional and attentive, and even personally welcomed me into the X-ray area, which made the experience feel more personal and reassuring. You can really tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. We both left feeling well taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
