The staff is cordial, entertaining and personable. Yes, my insurance made some services more costly than anticipated but Carissa assisted me with any and all discounts. Luis and Sadjy were wonderful help in the hygiene department. Dr. Castro is a caring and compassionate doctor. He is empathetic and jovial. I look forward to being under the continued care of West Sunrise Dentistry.

I had such an amazing experience at this dental office. I was honestly very nervous about coming in, but from the moment I walked through the door, the entire team made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Castro is truly exceptional—always pleasant, smiling, and very professional. He takes his time and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed, which meant a lot to me. Diana, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing. She is so caring, gentle, and attentive. She really took her time with me and made sure I was okay every step of the way, which helped calm my nerves so much. Sadjy and Nasha who took my X-rays, was also wonderful. She was kind, patient, and made the process quick and easy without making me feel overwhelmed. Carissa was incredibly helpful and organized, making everything flow smoothly and stress-free. And I have to give a special thank you to Dorene and Gina at the front desk. She was so warm and welcoming, and her kindness immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Every single person in this office played a part in turning what I thought would be a stressful visit into such a positive experience. You can truly feel that they care about their patients.
